Implementing of an intelligent cutting system

Venera Classic Ltd. is a growing and ambitious company working in the field of producing knitwear - baby, children and teenwear, pajamas and more. It develops its main activity in a production building – a Sewing workshop located in the village of Kalekovets. Thanks to the high quality of production and customer needs’satisfaction, the company has seen a significant increase in sales, which in turn raises the need for increased production capacity and technological upgrading. Through the implementation of the project the following needs will be met: 1. Need to increase production capacity and improve production processes; 2. Need to improve resource efficiency and enterprise efficiency. To meet these needs, a activities is envisaged: Activity to improve production processes and implement new technologies to improve resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process. As a result of the implementation of this activity, the beneficiary will achieve the following results: 1. Improved production process and increased production capacity; 2. Improved resource efficiency and efficiency in the manufacturing process: Introduced resource-efficient technologies and 7% reduction of the fabric used in manufacturing. The project objectives will be achieved: - Raised Competitiveness of "Venera Classic" Ltd. by increasing the production capacity and strengthening the export potential of the enterprise (a common goal of the project). - Improved production processes and new technologies introduced to improve resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process (specific targets), Satisfaction will be achieved in the target groups: the beneficiary, people working in the beneficiary enterprise and clients: current and future.
