The voucher system for financing of the process of preparation of stock exchange portfolio is aimed at providing access for Bulgarian SMEs to the capital market financing by providing incentives that will enable them to work with service providers in the field of the issuance of security papers. The aim is to broaden the scope of existing financing opportunities for enterprises at different stages of their development by supporting the development of the capital markets, which will contribute to the growth and sustainable development of the Bulgarian economy.
