Improvement of production capacity for growth with effective and efficient use of resources, improvement of quality and optimization of production through technological modernization and equipment of photochemical etching workshop with acquisition of new modern - line for photochemical etching, additional equipment and auxiliary infrastructure.

Photochemical etching is a process of surface engraving of metals by using of chemicals. It consists of the following processes- providing of a template by the customer, producing of billets of sheet metal, treatment of the billets by cleaning, degreasing, grinding, after that laminating, exposure, developing, photochemical etching, stripping and handover to the customer. The precision of machines used is a key factor for the quality of the final product. Currently there is a well-established workshop for etching in the company but specific processes are carried out in other premises in different areas of the enterprise due to historical circumstances. By implementing this project proposal, we will concentrate all the activities in one room by acquiring of new state of the art - automatic line for chemical etching (the currently used line for etching is manufactured during the 80-ies and has reached its technological life), exponator, laminator, industrial oven, electro-mechanical guillotine for sheet metal, professional printing device, pc- configuration, manually operated electric forklift and a platform trolley and will improve our production capacity through effective and efficient use of resources (raw materials, electricity, water, human capital, time) as well as will enhance quality using up-to-date information and communication technologies and so we will be able to meet all specific requirements of our current clients from the machine-building industry and to attract new ones from all industries from Bulgaria and abroad.
