"Technological modernization of production in Express pack Ltd."

Expres pack Ltd. is a small enterprise operating in the field of paper and carton production on the territory of the town of Panagurishte. In recent years, due to increased demand, the company has significantly expanded its market share, with most of the production being destined for the Greek market. This increased demand creates a need for improved production by replacing outdated production machines with new, more economical and more efficient ones. The aim of this project is "Technological modernization of production to achieve higher efficiency and increase of the production capacity in the enterprise". For this purpose, the following activity will be implemented: - Action 1 "Technological modernization and replacement of obsolete technologies of production with new ones by buying 4 new machines": 1. Automatic four-color flexo printer-slotter, die cutting + stacker of BGN 205 362,15; 2. Automatic Paper Carton Erecting Forming Machine forming at the amount of BGN 93 488.67; 3. High-speed digital cutting machine of BGN 57 110,24; 4. Printer for printouts worth 32 760,15 BGN. - Action 2 "Project's information and publicity" The total value of the project is BGN 390 721.21, 388 721.21 BGN for Action 1 and 2000 BGN for Action 2. By purchasing and implementing the above-mentioned machines under the project, the following results will be achieved: - Increase productivity by 10%; - Increase export revenues by 20%; - Increasing the efficiency of production costs by 35%; - Enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise; - Reduction of the resources used in the enterprise; - Reduce the cost of production; - Improving the quality of existing production; - Improving the economic stability of the enterprise; - Realization of follow-on investments; - Preserving current and creating new jobs; - Establishing resilience on external markets.
