"Improving the production capacity of CDL OOD"

CDL OOD is located in the town of Panagyurishte (with a production site in Opticoelectron Industrial Park) and produces diamond tools (diamond discs, gabron knives, profile and custom tools etc.) for the rock, road and construction industry (code 25.50 - "Forging, stamping and rolling of metal, powder metallurgy"). The project includes activities that will improve the production capacity of CDL OOD and optimize the production processes by introducing new technologies and equipment. Additional activities will improve the quality of the manufactured products and will strengthen the competitiveness and the export potential of the company. The project provides: 1. Purchase, supply, implementation and commissioning of new high-tech equipment, including a Vacuum sintering machine - 1pc, Closed loop cooling tower with axial fans - 1pc, Vertical multistage pump - 1 pc., Automatic brazing machine - 1 pc. Purchasing high-tech equipment will deliver better productivity, resource efficiency, lower specific energy consumption, lower water consumption, high quality end-product, and minimized losses. The machines and equipment described will increase the innovation activity of the company and the replacement of the current morally and technologically outdated machinery will ensure competitive and efficient production. 2. Updating of the quality management system of CDL OOD and recertification according to EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Re-certification will guarantee quality of products, services and processes and will increase the company's competitiveness. 3. Improving the quality of existing processes and business management in CDL OOD by implementing a specialized software application for tracking customer orders (requests) and cash flow management based on ICT.
