Rodopastroy is a company founded in 1990 with traditions in the field of mining and production of natural stone cladding and pavements. The company has its own production space of 7000 m2 for processing of stone plates and including various industrial units, warehouses for the stone blocks and final products and other industrial halls. The company employs highly qualified engineers and technicians from all specialties. In recent years it has become more and more difficult to meet the high demands of our customers and to increase our productivity due to the lack of high-tech production equipment for optimisation of the production processes. The current technically outdated machines are also a restriction to the possibility of expanding the volume as well as reducing the production costs. The current project proposal has the task of meeting these constraints with the aim to improve the production capacity of Rodopastroy Ltd. by investing in modern technological equipment. The project will be implemented through the eligible under the present procedure activity for improvement of the production capacity through purchase and maintenance of 3 high-tech machines for the production of stone cladding. As a result of these activities we are expected to achieve the following outcomes: Increasing in productivity by an average of 10% compared to 2018; Raising the efficiency of production costs by 6% on average by 2018; High quality of production, Optimization of the production chain; Increase the number of customers, revenue growth and profit. The project activities and the expected results will help to overcome the problems and constraints on the development and growth of the enterprise and in a longer term to improve the economic development of the region and quality of life of residents. The project duration will be 15 months. The total value of the investment is 351100 BGN and the grant is 315990 BGN.
