Improvement of the production capacity of "Dobrudja-KIT" AD

The current project proposal is targeted at improving the production capacity of Dobrudzha-KIT AD by improving the production process and improving resource effectiveness and efficiency. This will be achieved by purchasing an Automatic drum line for nickel-plating of steel parts - 1 pc. to ensure the process of galvanizing (nickelling) the parts of the main group of produced products - bakeware and baking accessories (spring forms and bake forms). With the realization of the project, on the one hand, Dobrudja-KIT will significantly reduce the production time per unit of production (from the currently 120-minute cycle of nickelling to a 60-minute cycle), while at the same time increasing the process productivity from the current 26 kg per cycle to 80 kg per cycle. This will directly contribute to increasing production capacity for the production of nickel-plated details for bakeware and baking accessories by 6 times. The expected results from the implementation of the project are mainly related to the increase in the quality and the number of bakeware and baking accessories produced by Dobrudja-KIT AD, with optimized production costs for raw materials. Additional positive effects are expected from the reduced cycle time in the nickel-plating process of the manufactured parts. An additional positive effect is the achievement of significant optimizations in terms of resource effectiveness and efficiency in the company's production activity. In financial terms, the positive results described above will result in ~ 2.003mil. BGN net sales revenue in the third year after the project implementation, increased production efficiency by more than 11% and an increase in export revenue generated by more than 44%. The internal rate of return on the project is over 42%, and the productivity growth - by over 5.6%.
