Improving production capacity and management of business processes in NORD JSCo

This project is proceeding with the implementation of the next stage of NORD JSC's long-term strategy for the development of the company, which will increase its competitiveness on the national and world markets on the basis of increasing its production capacity and utilization of new products, reducing the cost of major resources, optimizing production processes and increasing labor productivity, optimizing business process management. The present stage (2018-2019) plans the expansion of NORD JSC machinery with high-tech resource-efficient machinery and equipment and the introduction of ICT-based business process management software. The implementation at this stage in practice is provided by the activities provided for the implementation of this project: 1. Supply, installation and commissioning of a CNC lathe - 1 piece. 2. Development and implementation of an ICT-based business process management system in NORD JSC. The expected results of the implementation of the project are improved competitiveness of the company by achieving better resource efficiency and efficiency in the production process and preconditions for diversification and increasing the potential for realization of the production on foreign markets as well as significantly improving the business processes management in company. The concrete results are: - increasing production capacity; - improving the resource efficiency and efficiency of the production process; - increasing labor productivity and reducing production costs; - improving the quality of production; - increasing sales and exports; - introduction in to production of two new products; - opening of three new work places; - ensuring efficient business process management. The project will be implemented for twelve months.
