The project proposal is aimed at expanding and increasing the production capacity of "Energiemikal" Ltd. This will be achieved through the introduction of modern metalworking machines and metal cleaning equipment, namely: Vertical three-dimensional cutting machine, Forming and contouring tube forming machine with bending radius of ferrous metals up to 2 "GASx4 mm and cleaning machine - The first two machines are equipped with digital programmable control for creating and optimizing the technological tasks for the metalworking machines.With the realization of the project, "Enerkemikal" Ltd. Will improve the production processes, which will increase the competitiveness and increase its potential for export of manufactured products. After the commissioning of the new machines, the company will complement the existing production and technological lines and develop new ones.This will allow the expansion and enrichment of the product and assortment structure with increased production efficiency. The total value of the eligible costs of the project amounts to BGN 387 597,00, of which BGN 348 837,00 - grant. The applicant declares that he has his / her own funds for the co-financing. The expected results from the implementation of the project are mainly related to the increase in the number of products produced by Enerkemikal Ltd, as well as to the capitalization of production costs.Additional positive effects are expected from the reduced time for securing and relocation of the manufactured parts, significant optimization in terms of resource efficiency and efficiency in the company's production activity. In financial terms, the positive results described above will lead to approximately BGN 5 million in net sales revenue, with an increase in efficiency of production breaks by over 15% and an increase in export revenue generated by more than 50%.
