Improving the production capacity of Klears Ltd.

The main objective of Klears Ltd.'s proposal is to improve the production capacity by investing in tangible fixed assets with a focus on increasing the productivity of the enterprise and improving the quality of production, namely: installing the latest generation of high performance centrifugal pumps with efficiency up to 88% in working mode and inclusion in papermaking of a new process for automatic quality control in real time, with optional post-correction of parametres in different stages of the technological process, if necessary and without the need to stop the line. The total value of the project is BGN 391,068.60. The successful implementation of the project will increase the capacity of the papermaking company, improve the quality of existing products and modernize production processes. The high-tech equipment provided in the implementation of the project activities and the e-business platform will optimize access to foreign markets and will lead to an improvement in the company's competitive advantages, which will enable Klears Ltd. to increase its market share and to strengthen its export activities. Expected results from the implementation of the project: Increased productivity; Improved production quality Increased production volume; Reduced cost of production Increased production volume for export This proposal meets the objectives of the Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, ISIS 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of the strategy of CLLD of the Association "MIG Belene - Nikopol".
