Increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential of Gama-Commerce Ltd.

Gama-Commerce Ltd. develops its activity in the field of the production of household, sanitary and hygienic and toilet paper products. The company offers a wide range of products: toilet paper, napkins and kitchen rolls. We are faced with the challenge of responding to our customers' expectations, by offering them quality products with high added value at an affordable price. The implementation of this project will meet the following needs: - Improvement of the production process - With the purchase of the machines envisaged in this project, a new fully automated napkin production line will be implemented - A napkin printing machine with four printing colors and fully controlled and managed by the PLS system, ensures high quality, efficiency and line performance. The drying time of the printed paper will be reduced by drying chambers equipped with infrared lamps, as well as thermal cylinders for extra drying and healing. The automatic machine for counting and transporting napkins, in turn, electronically counts and divides a set amount of napkins by a pneumatic system and a servo motor, then transports and moves the napkins to the packing machine. - Increasing production capacity and improving quality - we will achieve a significant increase in productivity (12.55%) and a twofold higher production quality. - Increase of market presence on the international market and of export revenues (49,13%). - Improving resource efficiency - Renewed equipment will result in the use of significantly less ink and paper, reducing technology marriage, reducing emissions of harmful gases, reducing power consumption and improving the working environment. This, in turn, will increase production cost efficiency by 7.06%, making the investment profitable at a rate of return of 135.81%.
