Technological innovation and automation in Inmak-2000

Inmak 2000 is a small company based in Gotse Delchev, which produces high-precision products - antennas for radio-communications. The specificity of antennas as a production product is that the quality control of the final product is 100% before it is sent to the customer. Ie. each antenna, as well as the accompanying components - cable and connector, passes precise radio measurements of spectro-analyzers to ensure that the antenna works optimally at the requested operating frequencies and electrical parameters. This specificity of the produced final product requires a high level of quality control and ensures the repeatability of the manufacture of the items required to make one antenna. In this regard, the identified main problems that will solve the implementation of the project are: limited production capacity and export potential resulting from the outdated machine park and low automation leading to large quantities of faults, delay of orders and impossibility to execute bigger ones . With the implementation of this project, we intend to solve the above problems by purchasing high-tech equipment and implementing a process management system and activity to promote results. As a result, we expect to increase the competitiveness of the Bulgarian and international market and the production capacity of Inmac-2000.
