Technological upgrade and implementation of a process management system in Mesomania Trade

MESOMANIA TRADE is a company with established permanent presence on the Bulgarian market for more than 10 years. The main production of the company is expressed in production of ready meals of red and white meats as well as other meat products. The production base of the company is located in the village of Musomishta, Gotse Delchev. The main problems of the company are limited production capacity and low competitiveness on the Bulgarian and European market due to obsolete equipment and a low level automation. The implementation of this project will overcome these problems by acquiring new equipment and implementing a ERP system. The project activities include support for investments to improve production capacity and support for growth through the deployment of IT-based software and activity for promotion of the results - Visualization. As an outcome, we expect increased production capacity and sustainable development of MESOMANIA TRADE on the Bulgarian and European markets.
