Pirin Trading Ltd. is a company founded in 2008, specialized in the production of high quality ladies and gentlemen. The enterprise is located on a plot of 3000 m² of built-up areas - production, warehouse and administration. The company is one of the most established in the branch for the region, as the company strives to maintain good relations with its partners. As a major problem for our company's development and sustainable market development, we identify the outdated equipment, the lack of automation and the lack of specific machines. In order to solve these problems, we intend to acquire technological production equipment and implement a process management system with the implementation of the project. We intend to popularize the project results by putting visualization. As a result, we expect to modernize the production process of the enterprise and automate processes, thus succeeding in achieving sustainable development and competitiveness on the Bulgarian and foreign markets.
