Technological renewal in "Demi Style" Ltd.

"Djemi Style" Ltd. is a small enterprise, which is located in the territory of Gorno Dryanovo village, Garmen municipality. The company operates its main activity in the field of production of clothing. At present, our company operates only in the domestic market, but the development strategy involves expanding our business by entering the foreign market. However, achieving this goal at the moment is difficult, because the equipment available to the company is obsolete, fully depreciated and non-automated. The slow and labor-intensive production process and frequent repairs of obsolete machinery lead to insufficient capacity to expand the business. In this connection, "Djemi Style" EOOD intends to resolve the identified limitations and by executing the following activities in the present project: 1) Activity for improving the production processes by investing in tangible and intangible assets; 2) Growth activity of Djemi Style Ltd. by improving the quality and promoting the use of ICT and services; 3) Project visualization activity. By implementing these activities, our candidate will increase production capacity, speed up the production process, and enable a successful expansion of the internal market and entry into the external market.
