The main objective of the project is the creation and development of a new plant for the production of professional auto cosmetic preparations. It will be achieved through production, commercialization and market realization of 2pcs. new end products: Auto Shimano-1pcs. and Windscreen cleaner - 1pcs. Two activities will be carried out within the project: 1) Implementation of the entrepreneurial ideas market - in the framework of the activity will be gradually hired expert staff - 3 persons, one being a person with disabilities, specialists in the production of chemical products; The activity continues with the selection and hiring of a production facility in Pleven. Paralelly a procedure will be carried out for the selection of the supplier will be purchased and implemented Fluid production system for transport vehicles- 1, the expert staff will be involved in the elaboration of production programs - 2pcs. on the basis of which the new products will be manufactured. After adjusting the equipment and trial runs, the company will launch the actual production of 2pcs. new end products. In order to promote sales and commercialisation of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the marketing of car shampoo and Windscreen cleaner - 1 pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will be marked approaches for increasing the competitiveness of the company. The activity ends with creation and launching on the web site of the enterprise. 2) Project preview - The activities will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualisation, awareness and publicity. After the end of the project proposal, the company will keep on contract and under the same terms all members of the project team, including the person with disabilities.
