PET Project Ltd - preformig the future

PET Project Ltd is a Bulgarian company registered in 2018 pursuant to the Trade Law. The activity has been classified in accordance with NACE 2008 under Section C, code 28.29 “Manufacture of plastics and rubber machinery”. The main company’s activity is design, 3D design and manufacture of moulds for blowing of polyethylene terephthalate bottles (PET). Moulds are the art segment in plastic packaging production. Metal shapes, casts in which bottles are blown bring out individual look of the product. Each bottle series varies in volume, shape, length, relief. Moulds are the silhouette mirror of the finished product used in PET bottles. They contribute to the market image of the used product, maintain its quality and make it recognizable for the consumers. Moulds are a component of PET bottle blowing equipment. Manufacturing certain production series requires a mould which is mounted on the automatic blowing machine. The mould is a separate independent market product with its own life cycle and marketing specifications. The company is looking for OPIC support allowing for the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea through: 1. access to a qualified staff of 3 persons required for the production organization, digital programming, use of applied construction software and numerically controlled production equipment 2. provision of professional construction CAD product 3. provision of high-tech production equipment – CNC Vertical Milling Center
