Promoting Entrepreneurship in Metal Machine Form Ltd.

The main objective of the project is the creation and development of a new enterprise for production of small and medium series of metal parts for machine building according to specifications and request of external clients. It will be achieved through production, commercialization and market realization of 2 new product groups of end products: Details for non-standard electrical systems and Complex body parts. Two activities will be carried out within the project: 1) Implementation of the entrepreneurial ideas market - in the framework of the activity, 3 experts will be hired in the process, one being a person with disabilities; The activity continues with the selection and hiring of a production facility in the district of Pazardjik. A procedure for selection of a supplier of Metal Processing Center - 1 pc will be carried out in parallel. and the raw materials will be purchased. Expert staff will be involved in developing a set of basic production programs that will serve to create 7pcs. various test CAD / CAM programs. By virtue of their actual implementation, optimal operating modes of the machine park will be established. After equipment setup and test runs, the company will launch the actual production of 2 new production lines. To promote the sales and commercialization of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the marketing of non-standard and complex metal details - 1 pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will be marked approaches for increasing the competitiveness of the company. The activity ends with creation and launching on the web site of the enterprise. 2) Project preview - The activities will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Upon completion of the project, the company will retain on contract and under the same conditions all members of the project team, including the disabled person.
