IT Pro 3 Ltd is registered at the end of 2017 in Pleven and sole owner is a woman at the age of 55. The main activity iof the company is: developing program products. The activity of IT Pro 3 Ltd is in the definition of entrepreneurs in the initial phase, which define their product as new for a certain sector of users, which is not provided by many other representors of the business Subject of the current project proposal is the development of IT Pro 3 Ltd, by creating a team of experts and purchase of Long term and tangible and intagible assets with the aim of developing a System for video archiving of TV and multimedia content (software platform). As a market niche with the biggest potential for realization of the entrepreneur’s idea in short term plan is defined the telecommunications sector. The main users of the software platform have been identified: TV and cable operators, who will be able to offer a new type of service to their subscribers. The described entrepreneurial activity falls within the priority areas of the ISIS thematic areas, namely in "Informatics and ICT" and in particular in "web, hybrid and" native "applications, web based applications for creating and exploiting new services and products. The main activities will be: 1) Entrepreneurial Ideas Marketplace - System for video archiving of TV and multimedia content 2) Information and publicity of the project.
