Successful development of Abiela in natural cosmetics production and market realization

The main objective of the project is to encourage the realization of the entrepreneurial idea of ​​the newly-started enterprise Abiela for the production and marketing of cosmetic products of natural origin. The specific objectives address individual parameters that will create the prerequisites for the company's successful development - providing material and human resources, providing the main sales channel, defining targeted marketing activities, promoting the brand, starting machine production and active sales. The implementation of the project is aimed at meeting our basic need for appropriate human and material resources, efficient organization of the business, building the brand, promoting it and marketing it on the natural cosmetics market. The project covers two activities: market realization of the entrepreneurial idea and visualization of the project. Within the first one, the team will be recruited, machines for production, packaging and carton filling will be purchased, we will rent premises and will buy materials for production, we will develop the company's website and marketing plan, we will organize our participation in events in the field of ​​cosmetics. During the second activity we will provide a proper visualization through stickers, poster, brochures and information on the newly created site. As a result of the project implementation, we will launch the production of high-quality cosmetic products based on natural ingredients and will declare serious participation in the natural and bio cosmetics sector in Bulgaria. We will create a well-trained team and well-built and functioning production. We will attract the initial customer base. This will enable us to generate revenue and implement our business plan, to ensure sustainable employment of at least 3 people in the company after the end of the project and to continue developing and establishing the company in the sector both on the Bulgarian and on the international market.
