Developing the entrepreneurship idea of "Colourbet" Ltd for producing of water disperison materials

Colourbet Ltd. was established on 01.11.2017. by Betina Jerusalemova, M.of Science in Chemistry. After the feasibility studies related to the market, the nature of the offered production, the implementation of the project proposal and the successful development of the entrepreneurial idea, the conclusion is to create a company for production of water dispersion paints and varnishes (paints for interior painting (wood, furniture) façade paints, metal paints, wood impregnation materials, water dispersion coatings). For this purpose, it is necessary to recruit qualified personnel and to buy equipment for the realization of the idea, and the necessary materials. The products will be mostly custom-oriented. The project will have environmental and social effect. The following activities are included: -Hiring qualified staff needed for the implementation of the project: chemistry engineer of paints and varnishes, chemistry engineer, laboratory technician and two machine operators, one of whom is a person with permanent disability over 50%. All these individuals are subject to sustainable employment and will continue to work for the firm after the project is over. -Purchase of line for production, tinting and cutting of water-soluble paints and varnishes, which consists of the following modules: mixer for preparation of floury mixture - 300l; ultratrax 50l, pearl mill 50l, disolver with working volume 300l; blender for toning and cutting. -Purchase of the necessary materials and consumables that will be invested in the production and will cover the first orders -Web site development and e-shop -Project visualization / design of signs and stickers /. The implementation of the planned activities will encourage the promotion of entrepreneurship, creation of conditions for creation of new jobs and increase of competitiveness, as well as economic development and development of Razgrad municipality, which is one of the least developed municipalities in the region .
