ADVANCER - an innovative web portal with application in the field of human resources management and the labor market

The project proposal of Advancer Ltd. is aimed at creating and developing a web-portal with application in the human resources sphere and labor market management, which in its essence will represent a new modern approach to the process of personnel selection and development the professional skills and qualifications of future workers according to the demand and needs of employers. The ADVANCER web platform will offer automated testing the level of knowledge of job applicants, intensive training courses to meet specific position requirements, and key management skills training. In order to realize the entrepreneurial idea under this project, the following activities will be carried out: 1. Qualified personnel with education and experience in the field of information technologies and human resources management will be hired for the technical and conceptual development of the web portal 2. A server configuration and a basic software module will be purchased, necessary for the development and technical provision of the platform 3. A working space will be rented, where the work on the development and realization of the platformforum will be carried out 4. A web site will be created to connect ADVANCER with its potential users Through the above mentioned activities, Advancer Ltd. will be provided with the necessary conditions for the creation of a new product linking the business with the workers and job-seekers and offering value-added labor market services, while providing solid foundations for the future development of the enterprise and its sustainable growth.
