Promoting entrepreneurship by investing in the ICT sector. Design and implementation of a specialized ERP system for business process management

The essence of the entrepreneurial idea is to create an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which will provide a personalized service to businesses that typically lack serial production. The system will be easily accessible and will have the option to be used fully-featured in small companies. These two key features, as well as the Business Analytics component, will distinguish the new ERP system from all the systems currently available on the market. The project involves investing in the purchase of equipment (hardware) and specialized software to help the newly-formed professional team develop and maintain the new software. The company's staff will be represented by 3 people: 2 individuals, appointed as "Software Developer" and one person, appointed as “Expert in applied mathematics". Based on specially designed models and algorithms, the new ERP system will offer a value-added product to business and society. The services of Deltasoft Ltd shall be promoted on a specially created internet site with the financial support of the Program; whereas the "Market analysis and marketing strategy for market realization of the Company's services“, developed within the framework of the project shall be used for the appropriate marketing of the ICT product. The ERP-software of Deltasoft Ltd will be fully online-based and accessible as a SaaS service, through the client desktop, laptop or mobile device. The project will be implemented for a period of 12 months in the town of Razgrad. The staff, involved in the project and the implementation of the entrepreneurial idea will continue to fulfil their professional duties for at least 6 months after the end of the project - under the terms of their current employment contract.
