Implementation of outsourcing IT services of Bullsoft ltd.

The overall project objective is related to enhancing the entrepreneurship by developing new enterprises, incl. Bullsoft, in priority areas, defined in the Small Business Act 2014-2020. The specific project objective is a market realization of Bullsoft entrepreneurship' s idea -providing outsourcing IT services in data bases processing, inlc. information and cyber security, and EU regulation compatibility; providing specialized reports of business data; business analysis, using the SCM, Web and other resources. The project objectives will be accomplished by realizing the activities: 1. A market realization of Bullsoft entrepreneurship' s idea, following the stages:1.1. Forming team of experts and establishing a project office;1.2.Development and implementation of an outsourcing IT services software platform in data bases processing, inlc. information and cyber security, and EU regulation compatibility; providing specialized reports of data, business analysis; 1.3.Purchasing and implementing 3 PC laptops and a server; 1.4. Development of market analysis and a market plan; 1.5. Development of Bullsoft web site; 2. Publicity measures. The expected results are: realized entrepreneurship' s idea of Bullsoft at the market; qualified team of 4 experts is hired and sustainable employment is ensured; a project office is set up; developed and implemented a software platform in data bases processing, specialized data reporting, business analysis; purchased and implemented 3 PC laptops and a server, necessary for a software platform implementation; developed a market analysis and a market plan; developed a web site of Bullsoft; publicity measures implemented.
