Development of software platform for mobile devices for high quality service to the occupants of different types of buildings

DB Soft Ltd is a newly established company specializing in development of IT products. While exploring the need for more efficient management of real estate assets with a varying number of occupants as well as the upward trend for professionally managed properties in the country and abroad, we identified an unutilized market niche for improving the communication between real estate managers and tenants. Within this project, we plan to create a software platform for mobile devices which will provide flexible high-quality service to the occupants of various types of buildings – residential, business, commercial, etc. Thereby, the project falls within “Informatics and ICT” thematic area of the Innovative Strategy for Smart Specialization and, particularly, in developing web-based applications for creation and exploitation of new services and products. An important aspect of the project is its social and ecological impact. In addition to the fact that a person with more than 50% permanent disability will be assigned to the team, as a result of the project implementation many processes will be optimized which will reduce consumer spending and will create added value for society, by increasing the satisfaction of a wide range of the population and by creating opportunities for social integration of disadvantaged people. In an environmental context, this will lead to more efficient and responsible use of natural resources, reducing the harmful impact and increasing the resilience of the environment through contribution in building an eco-awareness in society and reducing carbon footprint. The project will be implemented in Blagoevgrad District, where the company is registered, by a team of qualified specialists with many years of professional experience and education background in Informatics and ICT. Suitable offices will be rented there to house the equipment needed for the realization of the entrepreneurial idea. The total investment amounts to BGN 249 722.
