Encouraging of entrepreneurship in Escape Engineering Ltd.

The project aims to create and develop an enterprise for the production of mechatronic modules for the building of room-riddle (so-called Escape rooms), including mechanical and electronic assemblies, software and management systems. The goal will be achieved through the production and marketing of 19 groups of Challenge Modules: Hidden Objects; team puzzles; riddles with light; mathematical operations; hide the obvious; secret doors; reading of symbols; object assembly and templates identification; sound; mirrors; searching for information; coordination; labyrinths; dexterity; touch; liquids; jokers; flavors; taste; temperature. There will be 2 actions: 1) Implementation of the Entrepreneurial Ideas Market - Expert staff will be hired in stages - 3 people (including a disabled person). Following are the selection and hiring of production premises in Troyan municipality and selection of suppliers of tangible fixed assets. There will be purchased and implemented 13 machines (wood lathe, abribhet, borrapat, circular saw, circular saw with traction feed, 3D printer, 3D scanner, CNC router, belt sander, manual edging tool, piercing saw, format circular saw, pipe bending machine). The equipment will provide the jobs for the electronic and mechanical details operations and the preparation of requisites. In order to promote the commercialization of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the marketing of the mechatronic modules. The plan will give an objective view of the market situation and will mark approaches to increasing competitiveness. An enterprise website will also be created. 2) Project preview - The activity will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. After the end of the project, the company will retain on the labor contract and under the same conditions, all members of the project team, incl. and the disabled person.
