The main objective of the project is the creation and development of a new plant for the production of metal modules for the construction of air ducts for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems(HVAC systems). It will be achieved through production, commercialization and market realization of 6 pcs. end products - rectangular modules, round modules and fittings with or without insulation, offered according to customer requirements for embedding in promising HVAC systems of energy efficient buildings or so called "Passive" houses. Two activities will be carried out within the project 1) Implementation of the Entrepreneurial Ideas Market - within the framework of the activity, 3 expert staff will be hired, one being a person with disabilities. The activity continues with the selection and hiring of a production facility in the region. Shumen. In parallel, a 6-sided supplier selection procedure will be conducted. machines - electromechanical guillotine - 1pc., abcant-1pc., profiling machine -1pc, line for fastening of sheet metal profiles - 1pc, sheet-bending machine-1pc and ZEG machine -1pc and raw materials will be purchased.After adjusting the equipment and test series, the company will launch the actual production of the air-handling modules for HVAC systems.To promote the sales and commercialization of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the marketing of air duct modules for HVAC systems-1pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will be marked approaches to increase the competitiveness of the company. The activity ends with creating and running on the web site of the enterprise. 2) Project preview - The activities will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Upon completion of the project, the company will retain on contract and under the same conditions all members of the project team, including the disabled person.
