Encouragement of entrepreneurship in Authorplay Ltd.

Authorplay Ltd. was established by the 56-year-old entrepreneur Elka Boshnyakova at the end of 2017. The company has been registered and performs its main activity – research and development in the field of technical science, in the town of Montana. This project aims to encourage the entrepreneurial activity and sustainable development of the start-up by providing support for the market launch of its largest-scale project: market implementation of an Ramp;D service – preparing analyses and journals through developing a uniform classifier of educational resources in the field of technical science. The project’s main activity (7.1) is aimed at the successful market implementation of the company’s entrepreneurial initiative. The specific steps which will result in its implementation are: + Provision of the necessary hardware architecture comprising 1 server configuration with 3 calculation server components for data analysis; + Recruitment of 3 experts with the necessary education, qualification and professional experience in the field similar to the field of the entrepreneurial idea. For a period of 6 months, a team of 3 specialists will work for 4 hours a day – the entrepreneur Elka Boshnyakova, Ms. Velkova, and an additional expert holding a Labour Expert Medical Commission certificate. For the three persons, sustainable employment will be provided for 6 months after the project’s completion. In view of the project’s focus, it falls in the scope of priority activities in ISIS – Information and ICT area, “Big Data, Grid and Cloud Technologies“, part of the Informatics and ICT thematic area. Expected outcomes: + increased entrepreneurial activity and ensured sustainable development of Authorplay EOOD; + implementation of an entrepreneurial idea with a high potential of market application; + sustainable employment for the project team; + increased entrepreneurial capacity and competitiveness of the company.
