"TRANSPORT CULTURE LEARNING - NEW WAY FOR SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS"

This project proposal focuses on the realization of the entrepreneurial idea - publishing of innovative didactic materials(IDM) for the education and training of drivers by "STUDIO-BDP" Ltd. It is identified on the basis of its assessed market potential, the education and expertise of the entrepreneur, the team that will implement it and the added social value of the products. The publishing activity of road safety innovative training materials includes: an textbook on BDP; textbook on the theory of BNR management; driving videos; didactic tests (games) for age categories 4-6 years, 7-11 and 12-15; videos with real junction situations, aids, videos, didactic games, etc. The main advantage of this type of products is that they serve a special social group - children and youngsters, contributing significantly to improving their safety on the road, having road traffic accident prevention and life rescue functions. In order to be able to realize its entrepreneurial idea, "STUDIO-BDP" Ltd. needs to hire qualified personnel - 4 people at a labor contract, who will carry out the publishing activity in practice; purchase of tangible fixed assets - 2 pcs. - a driving training simulator and a dron with a build-in video camera; intangible fixed assets - training content on road safety; materials - CD/DVD duplication equipment and video editing software, as well as creating a website. All this will have a cumulative effect on the ability of "STUDIO-BDP" Ltd. to publish and release on the market quality niche products with high added value. The project investment is key to the company in its start-up period - overcoming the challenge of securing initial investments to realize a viable entrepreneurial idea with potential for exponential economic and market growth.
