INNOVATIVE GEO-BASED INFORMATION SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH GEO INFORMATION PORTAL “BULGARIA EASY“

The purpose of the project proposal is MARKET REALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE GEO-BASED INFORMATION SERVICES. They will be offered through the Bulgaria Easy Geo Information Portal and will have the following features: FOR: foreign tourists visiting Bulgaria and Bulgarian tourism enthusiasts WHERE:the customer's own mobile phone WHAT:cultural and natural landmarks, tourist attractions, etc. HOW:through MULTIMEDIA CONTENT-Providing information about specific objects with GPS coordinates recorded as an audio file combined with pictures and video content. Access will be via a mobile application that will provide: • Listening to audio information through the headset/speakerphone of the mobile phone • View video content on the mobile phone screen • Exact location of the object on the map and navigation means • Follow a sequence of thematically related objects merged into a route The services are GEO-BASED: the content of the information services is related to the specific location of the digital map site of the Republic of Bulgaria and the location of the customer identified by GPS of his telephone. THROUGH: free mobile apps available for download in Bulgaria Easy, Google Play, Apple Store, etc. LANGUAGES: The initial realization with the current funding –Bulgarian, English and Russian REGIONS: The initial realization with the current financing - Sofia and 5 settlements from the Black Sea coast (Varna, Burgas, Nessebar, Sozopol, Sunny Beach). In order to realize our entrepreneurial idea on the market, we need to create and provide access to: • Bulgaria Easy Geo Information Portal, through which the information services will be offered; • Spatial data and content through which information services will be delivered. "Content" means audio text and visual description (created using a database of information and facts - information materials) that represents the specific natural, cultural and other landmarks linked to the coordinates of the object on the map.
