Promoting Entrepreneurship in Mechanic Engineering Ltd.

The main objective of the project is the creation and development of a new enterprise for the production of small and medium series of metal rotary turning parts for the mechanical engineering and industry according to requests and specifications of external customers.It will be achieved through the production, commercialization and realization of the market of two product groups of end products: auxiliary and fastening elements and precise rotational details. Two activities will be carried out within the project: 1) Implementing the market for entrepreneurial ideas and entrepreneurship 2) Vizualization. Within the project, 3 experts will be hired, one being a disabled person.The project continues with the choice and hiring of a production facility in the Pazardzhik.At the same time, a procedure for selecting a Strug Supplier with a digital program management will be carried out. and raw materials will be purchased.Ex. staff will be committed to developing a set of 8 items. basic CAD/CAM programs for the lathe, which will serve to create the final work programs for the production of the requested products.Testing tests will determine the optimum operating modes of the machine park. After adjusting the equipment and test series, the company will launch the actual production of rotary lathes. In order to promote sales and commercialization of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for market realization of rotary lathes - 1pcs. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will be marked approaches to increase the competitiveness of the company. The project ends with the establishment and launching of the web site of the enterprise.The activities will be implemented in strict compliance with the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Upon completion of the project, the company will retain on contract and under the same conditions all members of the pr. team, including the disabled person.
