SFORZA

The implementation of this project will support the development of SFORZA Ltd. - a newly-established company specializing in interdisciplinary research and development in the field of social sciences and humanities, in particular in the analysis and evaluation of the personal technical skills and levels of individuals and independent users based on complex tests, as well as development of a specialized software platform. The provided services will be created with contributions and care for nature, the environment and the community. The analysis and the assessment of staff qualifications is a key to the development of growing companies in Bulgaria and the world, and the further education and qualification enhancement are indispensable for improving quality of life and economic development. The services provided by SFORZA include the provision of access for employers and candidates to a specialized platform for selection and evaluation of staff. The company will develop its economic activity in sector M72.20 Research and development in the field of social sciences and humanities - a priority sector for creation and development of new enterprises according to the National Strategy for Encouragement of SMEs 2014-2020. The project support will lead to a sustainable economic presence on the Bulgarian and world markets, the stability of the newly created work places and the achievement of revenue growth through the realization of the entrepreneurial idea of the enterprise, the project envisages the realization of the following main activities: 1) Activity for realization of the entrepreneurial idea on the market (products goods and/or services) 2) Activity for visualization of the project The activities will be implemented through formation of a qualified team for realization of the entrepreneurial idea on the market, purchase of specialized equipment, assigning external services to rent a work space, external expertise for economic evaluation and visualization.
