Web-based platform for entrepreneurial activity

This project proposal presents a rationale for the entrepreneurial idea of ​​Hope 2018 Ltd. to create and realize on the market of a web based product - an IT platform. The platform will play the link between physical / legal entities looking for a particular service or product and experts in different fields who can offer different services and products. The development of the software product includes the creation of a prototype of the user interface, research, development and optimization of the client paths for optimal operation of the platform. The algorithm of the platform will be designed to provide a service in a new way for the Bulgarian consumer. As already described, this will be a combined method of fully computerized selection and a human factor (the platform team) to clear the details and to remove and restrict selection to the most consistent criteria. Value added service the platform will offer is an opportunity for entrepreneurial activity. It will be used as an investment project by any entrepreneur who wants to develop the idea and expand the market and the popularity of the platform. For the realization of the entrepreneurial idea, the candidate has envisaged the creation of a team of specialists: 3 IT specialists (incl. the entrepreneur) subject to evaluation and 2 qualified staff not subject to evaluation. A disabled person will be appointed under the project. Sustainable employment of 3 people will be ensured. The elaborated budget includes costs for the purchase of tangible and intangible fixed assets, rental costs, overhead and office supplies, costs for external services - development of economic and financial evaluation; developing market research and marketing plan; visualization costs. In order to present the developed product to specialized forums, the applicant has pledged costs for participation in events to expand and develop the company's activities, attract new customers and networking.
