Design, manufacture and sale of electric bicycles and other electric vehicles with auxiliary engine in "e-Motion Life" Ltd

This project proposal is aimed at realizing of an entrepreneurial idea for production of electric bicycles (including trikes) in "e-Motion Life" EOOD. In addition, the company will also provide maintenance and retrofitting of standard bikes to electric ones. The entrepreneurial intention is based on identifying and assessing its market potential as well as on the education, expertise and experience of the team that is about to implement it. It has a surplus value for both the company and society as a whole, as a result of the health, social and environmental effects, thus, ensuring sustainable development. The electric bicycle is a product that meets many and diverse consumer needs as an environmentally friendly means of individual transport, excursions and entertainment, sports and fitness, rehabilitation. In the three-wheeled version, it can be used to carry passengers and freight, for trade, for people with limited mobility. For the realization of the idea, the entrepreneur has analysed and identified the needs of: hiring qualified personnel (6 persons), providing a production premises, purchasing the necessary production equipment (fixed tangible assets - 7 and fixed intangible assets - 1) and purchasing the necessary materials and consumables for starting the production, as detailed in the proposal. The realization of these activities will have a positive effect on the company's ability to produce and offer to the market high quality products with high added value. The investment set out in this project is a key one for the realization of the entrepreneurial idea and for overcoming the capital dependence of the company in its start-up period while at the same time achieving the sustainable development of the company. The implementation of the planned activities will encourage the entrepreneurship, the creation of conditions for new jobs and increased competitiveness, as well as the economic growth and development.
