Development of web-based software for "Mystery shopping"

This project proposal provides a rationale for the entrepreneurial idea of ​​Chromatic Software Ltd. for creating and implementing the Internet based software market to automate, accelerate and professionalize the process of gathering, processing and analyzing information from sites where clients are serviced. The bottom line is the so-called "secret client" study, and the added value of this product is that it will translate into "computer language" the latest research, analysis and recommendations from marketers, while providing automated and easy to use use tool for client companies. The software we want to develop will provide opportunities for market research, monitoring quality of service to specific indicators and standards, measuring service quality, gathering specific information about goods, products and services and improving the workload of employees in direct contact with customers. For the realization of the entrepreneurial idea, the candidate has envisaged the creation of a team of specialists: 3 IT specialists (incl. the entrepreneur) subject to evaluation and 2 qualified staff not subject to evaluation. A person with a disability will be appointed under the project. Sustainable employment of 3 people will be ensured. Costs for the purchase of tangible and intangible fixed assets, rental costs, overhead and office supplies, external service costs - development of economic and financial evaluation; developing market research and marketing plan; visualization costs. In order to present the developed product to specialized forums, the applicant has pledged costs for participation in events to expand and develop the company's activities, attract new customers and networking.
