Implementing an entrepreneurial idea in the field of ICT - a software platform for project management

This project proposal is aimed at realizing an entrepreneurial idea on the market - project management software. The project is under the priority area of ​​ISSS "ICT and Informatics", "Web based applications for creation and exploitation of new services and products". The project management software includes many functionalities that will allow managers involved with projects for new product development and implementation to manage successfully processes while optimizing time and costs. The project management software sold by Melikana Ltd. will allow companies to plan accurately the time and resources needed to implement their projects, define the scope of each project, divide it into stages and separate tasks, form teams and delegate tasks to the members of the teams, perform regular monitoring of the implementation of the tasks in terms of time and resources, monitor the resolution of the problems encountered during the implementation of the project, etc. For software product implementation an office in Blagoevgrad will be rented and a team of experienced programmers with education and professional experience in the field of the entrepreneurial idea will be formed. The legal entity that will implement this product on the market is Melicana EOOD, with an entrepreneur with higher education, IT qualification and more than 4 years of professional experience in the field of information systems and programming. The entrepreneur is a woman of priority age with a decision by the Territorial expert medical commission for 52% reduced working capacity. The entrepreneur will be given the opportunity for social integration, to participate fully and actively in public life, to pursue an independent life according to his / her own understanding and desires, and to have the same rights and responsibilities as people without disabilities. The project will provide employment for another 3 people.
