Development of Matahom Studio Ltd.

Matahom Studio Ltd. was registered at the end of 2017 in Pleven and the sole owner of the company's capital is a woman at the age of 61 years. The main activity of the company is "publishing of other software products". Matahom Studio Ltd.'s business falls into the definition of start-up entrepreneurs who define their product as new to a particular consumer sector, which is not offered by many other businesses Software. The subject of this project proposal is the development of Matahom Studio Ltd. through the creation of a team of experts and the purchase of tangible assets and intangible assets, in order to develop a standard software product for trainings and events' management. The program product is intended for mass use and the Identified key users are companies organizing and conducting trainings, individuals offering trainings and events and companies dealing with event management. The described entrepreneurial activity falls within the priority sections of the ISIS thematic areas, namely in "Informatics and ICT" and in particular in "web, hybrid and „native“ applications, web based applications for creating and exploiting new services and products. The main activities to be implemented are: 1) Entrepreneurship Market Implementation Activity by creation of a team of experts, hiring a workplace, developing a standard software product for trainings and events' management management, preparing of market analysis, purchase of tangible assets and intangible assets; 2) Information and publicity of the project.
