Paragon Software Ltd. was registered at the end of 2017 in Vidin and the sole owner of the company's capital is a woman at the age of 27 years. The main activity of the company is „web portals”. Paragon Software Ltd.'s business falls into the definition of start-up entrepreneurs who define their product as new to a particular consumer sector, which is not offered by many other businesses Software. The subject of this project proposal is the development of Matahom Studio Ltd. through the creation of a team of experts and the purchase of tangible assets and intangible assets, in order to develop and operate a vertical web portal with a financial focus and in particular information flow for the international exchange market. The program product is intended for mass use and the Identified key users are expected to be "traders", other individuals and legal entities interested in what is happening on the international financial markets. A number of advertisers from different sectors will be attracted as a result of the progress of web portal visits. The described entrepreneurial activity falls within the priority sections of the ISIS thematic areas, namely in "Informatics and ICT" and in particular in "web, hybrid and „native“ applications, web based applications for creating and exploiting new services and products. The main activities to be implemented are: 1) Entrepreneurship Market Implementation Activity by creation of a team of experts, hiring a workplace, developing a web portal with a focus on the financial sector, preparing of market analysis, purchase of tangible assets and intangible assets; 2) Information and publicity of the project.
