Development and sustainability of "Center for Innovative Technologies" OOD in the field of the computer programming

"Center for Innovative Technologies" OOD is a start-up company in the field of the development of applications and platforms in the sphere of the well-being and healthy lifestyle. The market niche of the healthy lifestyle is growing as a number of potential customers as well as an assortment of possible products. The implementation of the project aims to achieve sustainability and stability in the company by creating jobs and achieving growth through the implementation and marketing of the entrepreneurial idea - an application for a healthy lifestyle "IUVeda". With the current project a next-generation "IUVeda" application, designed to connect health-promoting enthusiasts with welfare services and specialists such as nutritionists, meditation instructors, yoga instructors, guru and others, will be developed. A team of experts in programming, design, mobile technologies and data analysis will be formed in order to realize the entrepreneurial idea on the market. Hardware and software will be purchased that will be needed to develop the application and subsequently collect and process data from the users in real time. The assets will be delivered and put into operation in a rented premises in the town of Pleven. A detailed market analysis will be carried out during the implementation of the project and on this basis, a marketing plan will be developed for the successful implementation of the entrepreneurial idea.
