Production of ozone and ozonated water for technical purposes

The goal of the entrepreneurial idea is to create a small plant for the production of ozonated water (450 kg/h) and its supply to coal-combustion power enterprises for the purpose of flue gas desulfurization by treatment with ozonated water as well as supplies to small industrial customers of small quantities of sulfuric acid solutions. The marketing implementation of the product will create market advantages and increase the competitiveness of both the entrepreneurial firm and the (1) companies emitting flue gases containing sulfur oxides (coal-combustion power enterprises, etc.) and (2) customers - small and medium-sized companies consuming sulfuric acid who would benefit from the idea of supplying small quantities of sulfuric acid solutions in technical containers. The realization of the entrepreneurial idea will have a positive effect on the society through the creation of sustainable employment and will lead to an ecological effect with the reduction of the industry waste through recycling of waste products (sulfur dioxide - an environmental pollutant contained in the flue gas). The complex of activities for market realization of the entrepreneurial idea includes hiring of qualified personnel, delivery and commissioning of an installation for the production of ozone and ozonated water. The project falls within the technological areas of ISIS "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" and belongs to the priority areas of the field "clean technologies” with emphasis on transport and energy (waste technologies; technologies and methods for incorporation of waste products and materials from a production into other productions) One approach to minimizing the impact of energy on the environment and the resulting environmental problems is the application of new technologies for capturing, storage and use of sulfur dioxide emitted by coal-combustion power enterprises.
