Encourage the development of a start-up company rewinding rolled rotors

With the implementation of this project proposal, Inovation group 2018 ltd aims to establish and develop a new enterprise, a priority sector, part of the National Strategy for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises 2014-2020 and specific spheres related to the overcoming of European and regional challenges. The project will be implemented in a sector with high energy intensity, with NACE code 2008 27.11 "Manufacture of electric motors, generators and transformers". The entrepreneurial idea underlying the investment intention includes activities related to the factory rewinding of rolled rotors, part of an electric motor. Rewinding of rolled coil windings includes the following operations: section design; isolation of forehead and grooves; sectioning and clamping; soldering of the end edges; shaping of the front parts; bandaging; testing. Rewinding the windings begins by rewinding the individual sections. For this purpose it is necessary to know the technical data of the electric engine type and specific design of the coils, the number of turns of the sections, the brand and the diameter of the winding wire, the step of winding number of parallel branches of phase and others. One of the company's main goals is building sustainable relationships with employees as well as protecting the environment in order to efficiently use resources and support the development of the applicant. With the financial support procedure Fostering entrepreneurship "by OPIC will achieve the expected development of the newly established enterprise - Innovation Group 2018 Ltd., by hiring a skilled workforce, renting working space, buying equipment for the activity. The project will contribute to positive effect on enterprise sustainability, job creation and stability, and growth through the implementation and marketing of services - factory rewind of rolled rotors .
