"Fine Mechanics Lab" - a high precision machine shop

FML OOD is a newly registered company with headquarters in the town of Pazardzhik. The company was created to launch a new business in a sector with high added value, namely production. The scope of activity of the company will be related to specialized broad-scale machine-production activities - details, assemblies and assemblies for general mechanical engineering. Through the realization of the project, the applicant and the entrepreneur in particular are planning to develop a machine shop in which a high-tech instrumental production is carried out by means of the latest generation of CNC machine tools. CNC machines are designed for automatic operation in single, serial and mass production. They are universal machines used for production of different parts, and for each detail a respective control program should be loaded into the control unit of the machine and adjustments to the settings and the tools should be made. The envisaged production is highly accurate, as the modern machines, tools and the programming software necessary for their operation will allow FML OOD to produce details of medium and high degree of complexity with exceptional accuracy of the dimensions and geometric surfaces. The high speed of the metal cutting tool and rapid tool shifting saves processing time and implies the possibility of accepting large production orders. In order to implement the technological process a specialized workplace should be equipped. Therefore, a suitable space on the territory of Panagyurishte Municipality shall be rented. The project has a high chance of success, both due to the considerable experience and qualifications of the entrepreneur and his team, as well as due to the realization of activities contributing for a competitive and efficient production in a sector characterized by high productivity, sustainability and export potential.
