Sustainable development of STUDIO EXPOSE

STUDIO EXPOSE is a start-up enterprise in the field of architectural services. The main focus of the company's activity is developing architectural projects for construction of module passive buildings. In order to meet the challenges of access to finance, and high value-added services, the project proposal is oriented towards implementing activities related to the company’s sustainable development, jobs creation and stability, through providing and marketing of architectural services. The implementation of the entrepreneurial idea will be carried out through: • Hiring expert staff - to achieve the capacity needed to provide architectural services. • Renting office space necessary for the work of the expert staff. • Purchase of computers, peripheral devices and specialized software to assist the work of experts. • Purchase of material and consumables needed to carry out the company's core business of providing architectural services • Conducting a market research for the marketing of architectural services in area of passive buildings, allowing STUDIO EXPOSE to concentrate its limited resources on the best opportunities to increase its sales and achieve a stable competitive advantage. • Creating a website to promote the activity of STUDIO EXPOSE and to inform potential clients about the company’s services. The project’s visualization activity reflecting the ERDF financial contribution through OPIC will be implemented through: • Placing a poster with project information in a well visible location; • Placing stickers on each asset purchased under the project.
