Encouraging of entrepreneurship in Euro Plan Project Ltd.

The project is oriented to creation and development of a studio for provision of complex geodetic services in design, construction of buildings and exploration of terrains. Within the framework of the project it will be prepared the commercialization and realization on the market of geodetic services covering all parts of the surveying, tracing, design, cadastre, agricultural land services for the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS), etc. The project team will carry out the following activities: 1) Implementation of the entrepreneurial ideas on the market - 3 experts will be hired in stages (Geodesist 1, Geodesist 2 and Geodesist 3), incl. a person with disability. The activity continues with selection and renting of a studio in the town of Pleven. At the same time, a selection procedure will be carried out, and computer configurations will be purchased and implemented – 3 pcs, Global Navigation Satellite System – 3 pcs, total station – 1 pc, plotter-1 pc. and server system - 1 pc. The staff will be engaged in development of generic software for geodetic surveying, basic tracing schemes, registration documents according to the Law on geodesy and cartography, the Cadastre and Land Register Act, etc. In order to promote sales and commercialization of services, a contractor will be selected in order to develop a Marketing Plan for market realization of geodetic services - 1 pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will mark approaches to increase the competitiveness of the company. The project ends with creation and launching of the web site of the enterprise - 1 pc. 2) Project visibility - The activity will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. After the end of the project, the company will retain on labor contract and under the same conditions all the team members, incl. the person with disability.
