Establishment and development of an independent medical-technical laboratory

This project proposal is aimed at the establishment and development of an Independent medical-technical laboratory with the object of dental and medical-technical services and production of specialized medical and auxiliary equipment. This will be achieved through the following measures: 1. Recruitment of qualified personnel – 3; 2.Purchase of: 2.1. Innovative CAD/CAM system for manufacturing of prosthetic constructions from zirconium – 1 pc. 2.2. System for manufacturing of prosthetic constructions from metal-ceramics – 1 pc., 2.3. Vacuum thermoforming machine – 1 pc .; 3. Creating an applicant's website; 4. Preparation of a marketing plan with a market analysis included. The implementation of this project is fully in line with the establishment plan for the enterprise and the results to be achieved are: • Established independent medical-technical laboratory; • 3 new work places; • Embedded Innovative CAD/CAM system for manufacturing of prosthetic constructions from zirconium; • Embedded System for manufacturing of prosthetic constructions from metal-ceramics; • Embedded Vacuum thermoforming machine; • Established stable employment in the enterprise; • Developed competitive and efficient production of dental materials in the newly created independent medical-technical laboratory; • Achieved economic growth of the newly created enterprise; • An website of the Medical-technical laboratory. As a result, modern technology will be applied, dental services will become more accessible and quick to implement, products will be more precision and good practice will be shared among other professionals in the field.
