The entrepreneurial idea proposed for financing under this project is the development of a start-up company - Alpha Struct Ltd., working in the field of engineering and technical consultancy and in particular - design of buildings and structures. The services provided by the enterprise will include designing of building structures, including drawing calculations and analysis of structures, creating sketches, technical and working projects, technical documentation, assurance of quality and security of structures, implementation of building information modeling and creation of the building information model using different types of engineering and design software.The enterprise will provide its services through the implementation of the BIM (Building Information Model). For this purpose 4 pcs. mobile workstations will be delivered, 4 employees will be hired, work space will be rented for 17 months, market research and marketing strategy of the enterprise will be developed, materials and consumables will be purchased, software application for automated drawing processes and specialized design know-how will be acquired. For a successful market realization, an Internet site of the company will be created and the employees of the company and members of the project team will take part in at least two specialized design and / or construction exhibitions and / or fairs, etc. For the period of the project implementation, 3 projects for building design are expected to be developed. A visualization of the project will be provided. The duration of the project will be 18 months and its budget will be BGN 249 820.00.
