Implementation of an entrepreneurial idea for production and realization of high-strength reinforcement meshes of "TRUMMER BALKANS" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at realization of an entrepreneurial idea for production and market realization of high strength reinforcing meshes made by "Trumer Balkani" Ltd. The use of this type of meshes is to protect sloping surfaces with a large slope; to prevent erosion and landslides; to stabilize the earth's surface and to strengthen land slopes against unwanted soil movement; to reinforce slopes for prevention of falling stones; for easier control of water currents and surface water drainage; for protection from drought of settlements near river shores, floods; to strengthen road pavements against soil layer displacement, etc. The reinforcing activities go through: exploration, project preparing which contains technical characteristics of the reinforcement materials (including the technical and strength characteristics of the products used for reinforcement, etc.), manufacturing, delivery and laying a complex system of details and products. The main materials used to strengthen, secure and enclosure steep and eroded slopes of various soils and rock masses are high-strength meshes with high mechanical strength, complex with metal / steel ropes, anchor system and reinforcement plates. For the realization of the entrepreneurial idea the project includes purchasing of a mesh production machine for protection against landslides - 1 pc., hiring of qualified expert staff - 3 people, renting a work space and development of market analysis and research. The implementation of this project will have ecological effect, social effect and will ensure sustainable employment of 3 people, one of them with permanent disabilities. The project is covered by the thematic area "Healthy Living and Biotechnology Industry", priority area "Blue" technology and implementation of new methods and technologies for sustainable usage of river and marine resources and priority area "Green / Bio-based Economy" by the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization.
