NESSIMOD Ltd - new fashion design center

In the last five years the textile market in Bulgaria has been experiencing a growing need for preparing sample items and a description of the technology for their production. The lack of qualified personnel and the inability to create a dress- making workshop for a separate department for constructing, designing and sawing of samples makes it very hard for many Bulgarian factories to meet the demands of the international markets for ready and semi- ready products. In order to be competitive on the market the companies have to be able to create and offer their products, and this includes constructing and making initial samples, recreating shopping samples, grading of approved samples and describing the production technology. All this is related to establishing a separate department which in most companies it impossible bearing in mind the expenses for equipment and the need of highly qualified personnel. Creating a separate department like that in a single company is unremunerative due to the fact that it is impossible the created products to be manufactured in the same company after that because of the limited number of workers that the company employs. At the current moment most companies in the textile industry in Bulgaria have personnel of up to 50 people which makes it possible for average of 4- 5 models to be produced monthly. This circumstance also makes it unremunerative to create a separate department for constructing and making samples. In this connection the entrepreneurial idea of the current project is a company to be created whose only and sole purpose will be to make such sample items. It will cater for a few dress- making companies and at the same time will guarantee a quality execution and specialization of this activity. The idea is for the company to be small, equipped with high technology machinery along with highly qualified personnel, and to create new models of clothing and offer them to interested companies in this field.
