Implementation of entrepreneurial idea of "G I B - 2017" Ltd

The entrepreneurial idea of the company “G I B – 2017” OOD is in the field of architecture. Present trends in the manufacturing and the presentation of architectural projects are the increasing usage of various computer technologies and more and more unique presentations of the image of the projects. The expectations of the clients are to receive architectural projects not only in 3D, but also to have additional sound effects (either music as a background or voice overs), to have overlays different visual effects,which will represent shades of light and for example how does the Sun shine over a given building from different angles. In order to achieve such realistic visualizations when preparing an architectural project there is a necessity of a huge computational power, as well as a unique architecture of a powerful working/graphic station–specifically designed computer for the purpose.The unique aspect of this working station is its architecture,which allows the user to work separately on nine different video and audio layers, such that three of them are used for the three dimensions,one is used in order to represent perspective and withdrawal of the virtual camera so that the architectural object can be viewed from different angles.Two or three of the other layers will be dedicated to audio effects, and we will have two or three for visual effects.The special video controllers will be controlled independently, so that each layer is projected and with the help of the powerful working station, the designed layers will be combined so that they represent a complete architectural project. All of this is achievable only with the right team of professionals. The idea comes from a team comprised of: a young Bulgarian architect, who is a graduate that has experience in architect companies abroad, and an experienced architect with experience in Bulgaria. Another architect is to be recruited, as well as an associate for design, and this will be a person with TELK over 50%.
