Establishment and sustainable development of the design and construction bureau "Telmach"

The project of Telmach Ltd. is aimed at development and provision of engineering and technical consultancy services in the sector of crane and telpher construction. Our project proposal is related to overcoming the European and regional challenges in the Mechatronics and Clean Technology sector. Our idea falls into economic activity M 71.12 "Engineering activities and technical consultations". The lack of adequate financing opportunities are among the main obstacles to the realization of our idea in full scope. To overcome this challenge, our project focuses on providing concrete conditions for achieving sustainability of the idea. For the successful market realization of the provided service (activity 1), we will employ 6 qualified experts with the relevant functions and responsibilities. They will be key factor of the engineering and technical services offered. It will be hired a suitable premise, which will be equipped with the necessary means - 6 pcs. laptops, for the need of the experts and the provision of the services. Specialized software for configuration and cost estimation of chain telphers will also be developed. It will play an essential role in the design, construction and technical consulting process. We also plan to develop a corporate website to provide us with the necessary visibility for potential customers and the opportunity to promote the services offered. As we plan to enter a new niche, market analysis and research will be developed for better market positioning and marketing, enabling us to concentrate our resources on the best opportunities and channels to reach potential customers. The combination of these elements will allow our idea to be sustainable, having real conditions for development, creation and stability of jobs and growth through the implementation and marketing of engineering and technical services.
